Chelsea was professional, thorough, and personable. Throughout the move-in process, Lane was a reliable and competent contact point at the leasing office. Maintenance is responsive, communicative, and effective. One phone call, and they knocked on the door 10 minutes later. Diagnosis and plan made within 30 minutes. Jose and the rest of the maintenance crew were amazing. I couldn’t be happier with this apartment complex.

I’ve enjoyed my time living at Novel Morrisville. I moved in when the complex first opened. Lexie and Stephanie were awesome and made me feel welcomed. He’s truly the best! Jaylin and Manuel are great. They’re always kind and personable when they enter and respond quickly to maintenance requests. They came and fixed an issue with my microwave and they were nice enough to even reset the clock even though it wasn’t necessary. I appreciate them caring about the small things. Novel and Greystar are lucky to have them!

Loved my place! Rent prices are pretty high here however overall enjoyed the unit itself and the amenities. A super plus is that maintenance has been super responsive from the beginning to the end of my lease term. Special thanks to Jamal from the maintenance team for being so helpful and sharing knowledge.

Jamal from Novel was great! He came to my townhouse to fix a light and was professional, responsible, and very respectful. He took care of the issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Really appreciate the great service—thank you, Jamal!
