I’ve enjoyed my time living at Novel Morrisville. I moved in when the complex first opened. Lexie and Stephanie were awesome and made me feel welcomed. He’s… I’ve enjoyed my time living at Novel Morrisville. I moved in when the complex first opened. Lexie and Stephanie were awesome and made me feel welcomed. They really helped to solidify my decision to move here. Although they’ve both left, the current staff has been nice. Lane is awesome and always friendly when you see him around the complex. He’s truly the best! Jaylin and Manuel are great. They’re always kind and personable when they enter and respond quickly to maintenance requests. They came and fixed an issue with my microwave and they were nice enough to even reset the clock even though it wasn’t necessary. I appreciate them caring about the small things. Novel and Greystar are lucky to have them!

Long overdue review! I have really enjoyed living in this community; from the spacious floor plans, the gym, the coffee shop, trails and amazing leasing staff. Chelsea has been amazing since the very beginning/my initial tour. Any concerns or questions I have had they truly have been so accountable and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have to shoutout the maintanence staff as well, they are always swift, respectful and willing to answer any question. I really do love it here! Definitely feels like home 😊

Great place to live. Maintenance staff is very responsive, the sound insulation in the units is pretty good, the grounds are well kept, clean, and well lit. Only slight downside is the airplanes taking off from nearby RDU and flying close enough to hear, but 0 complaints otherwise. It's within walking distance (sidewalks/crosswalks the whole way)… Great place to live. Maintenance staff is very responsive, the sound insulation in the units is pretty good, the grounds are well kept, clean, and well lit. Only slight downside is the airplanes taking off from nearby RDU and flying close enough to hear, but 0 complaints otherwise. It's within walking distance (sidewalks/crosswalks the whole way) of Lake Crabtree, and only about 5 minutes from I-40. Excellent gym, several community activities every month, and an on-site coffee shop.

The amenities are unmatched. An arcade room, a saltwater pool, rock climbing wall, yoga studio, and a fully stocked gym. The property truly feels like a resort. There are so many spaces to relax or hang out with friends, including the outdoor entertainment areas. And the on-site coffee shop is such a nice touch. The apartments are modern, thoughtfully designed, and there’s a layout for everyone...from studios to spacious townhomes with rooftop patios. I was blown away after touring this place!

From the moment we started the tour, I felt right at home with Lane. There was already something pulling me back to Morrisville, so my bestie and I had been exploring a few places—but Lane truly made this experience stand out. When I say he clinched it, I mean it. There was already something pulling me back to Morrisville, so my bestie and I had been exploring a few places—but Lane truly made this experience stand out. When I say he clinched it, I mean it. He made us both feel like part of the family from the very beginning. What impressed me most was how intuitive he was—I was thinking about needing to see a model of the apartment to really picture the space furnished, and before I could even ask, he was already showing it to us. It honestly felt like he read my mind. Beyond that, his energy and personality are everything. He kept us laughing, made the entire experience comfortable and genuine, and never made it feel like a typical tour—it felt personal. Lane has a natural way of connecting with people, and that made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed from the start, Lane is the one you want to work with.
